If you have refills left, and your prescription is not expired, you can reactivate your subscription via your account page. Here are directions:
- Log into your Alloy account
- Ensure your shipping address is current via your 'account' tab
- Navigate to the 'subscriptions' tab
- Click 'resume'
Note that if you were prescribed a single fill (typically when a recent mammogram is needed), you will not be able to reactivate, you will need to complete a renewal intake and upload your scan results.
