Alloy is a Telehealth company that provides virtual support and treatment of common menopause symptoms; offering a range of products both prescription and over the counter.
To begin, you'll fill out a medical intake form that details your health history, symptoms, and other basic information that will help the doctor evaluate your personal case. From there, you begin the consultation phase where you can discuss any questions, concerns, or share any additional information. This happens through the messaging center in your Alloy account.
The doctor will take all of this information into consideration and if appropriate, may recommend products.
If that's the case, you'll review your personalized treatment plan and approve the order. From there, your orders will automatically bill and ship every three months until you are out of refills. Once you reach that point, we'll prompt you to renew!
