After you complete sign-up and your medical intake, here’s what happens next:
If your treatment requires a doctor consultation (e.g., hormone treatment):
- Your consultation is placed in your assigned Alloy doctor’s queue.
- You can usually expect to hear from your doctor within 1-2 business days.
- During this time, you can log in to your Alloy dashboard anytime to message your doctor with additional information.
Once your doctor prescribes medication(s), you will be notified via email/SMS and it will appear under the “Treatment plan” tab in your dashboard.
Important: MHT prescriptions will not ship until you review, approve and authorize payment in your account. Weight care prescriptions will be auto-charged once prescribed after the consultation.
If your treatment does not require a doctor consultation:
- Doctor consultations are not required to request all Alloy prescriptions.
- If you’re only purchasing skincare, sexual health, hair, or gut health products, you do not need to purchase a doctor consultation. You can request these products via checkout and you will be automatically charged once prescribed. If you are checking out with our Synbiotic, you will be charged immediately since there is no prescription required.
