Yes, you should be able to use your HSA or FSA card at checkout just like a credit or debit card to pay for eligible treatment through Alloy.
Please note that we do not currently support splitting a single order across multiple cards (for example, part HSA/FSA and part credit card in one transaction).
If your HSA/FSA payment does not go through, it may be because:
There are insufficient funds in your HSA/FSA account, or
Only some items in your cart are eligible based on your specific plan.
If payment does not succeed, or if you prefer to pay with another method, we also provide downloadable invoices so you can submit them to your HSA/FSA or insurance for reimbursement.
