How to apply a coupon code to my subscription?
To apply a coupon code to an upcoming subscription payment after the initial checkout, please follow these steps:
Go to the “Subscriptions” tab in your account.
Click “Manage subscription” next to the subscription you’d like to apply the discount to.
In the “Order summary” section (below the products listed in your subscription), enter your coupon code in the coupon code field.
Important notes:
Only one coupon code can be used per order.
- You can enter a coupon code either at checkout or from your “Manage subscription” page.
- If you add it at checkout, it applies right away to that order.
- If you add it from “Manage subscription,” it will automatically apply to your next upcoming charge, even if that payment is still several days away.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to future Weight Care payments at this time.
If a recurring or ongoing code is already applied to your subscription, you’ll need to remove it before adding a new one.
