If your subscription has been canceled, you can reactivate it from your Alloy account page. Just log in, click “Subscriptions” in the menu, then select “Reactivate” next to the subscription you’d like to restart.
If you’re due for an order, it will process immediately.
However, if your prescription has expired, you’ll need to complete a renewal before you can reactivate or continue your subscription.
