You can track your order anytime on your account page by following these directions:
- Log in to your Alloy account
- Click "Account"
- Click "Order history"
On your dashboard, you will see the status of your order if it has recently been processed. You will get an email with order tracking information.
If you’ve received a tracking number for your order, that means your Alloy prescription has been shipped. The tracking information provided reflects the most accurate estimate we have for when your order will arrive.
If you haven’t yet received a tracking number, your order is still being processed and has not shipped at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your prescription to you as soon as possible.
Shipping can take up to 7 business days from the point the carrier provides the first scan. Delivery window does not include the time between payment and the first scan.
