If you have multiple products within a single subscription, you’ll need to follow these steps for each prescription you wish to cancel.
To cancel your product:
- Log in to your Alloy account.
- Click “Subscriptions” from the menu.
- Click “Manage Subscription” in the upper right corner.
- Under the product you’d like to cancel, click “Edit.”
- Select “Cancel subscription.”
- Click “No, I want to cancel” when asked if you would prefer to reschedule instead.
- Follow the remaining prompts until you see the confirmation screen.
- Repeat if you wish to cancel additional products in the same subscription bundle.
