Wegovy and Zepbound have two required steps:
- First you must cancel your weight care membership to stop the ongoing charge. To do this you must follow these directions:
- Log in to your Alloy account at MyAlloy.com
- Click Subscriptions from the menu
- Locate your Weight Care Membership from the list
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Click cancel and complete questionnaire
- Second Contact Eli Lilly support or Novocare support to stop any further refills of product
Liraglutide and anti-nausea products have one required step:
- Log in to your Alloy account at MyAlloy.com
- Click Subscriptions from the menu
- Locate your Weight Care Membership from the list
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Click cancel and complete questionnaire

- If you have remaining fills on any of your products, these will also be cancelled automatically
- If you do not have any fills, no action is needed as you will not be billed again
