You can message your doctor at any time by logging in to your Alloy dashboard and clicking “Messages” from the menu.
- Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the Messages tab: https://secure.myalloy.com/messages
- Type your message to your doctor in the chat message field
- Click the orange arrow once you’re done to send
In normal circumstances, you can expect to hear back from your doctor within 24–48 business hours. You’ll be notified of any new messages from your doctor via email and SMS.
