Depending on the product type, the path may differ. If you choose to transfer you MUST also cancel your subscription via Alloy so our system does not attempt to charge you again.
Non-Weight Products:
You must have an active subscription with at least one order of that product before you can transfer an RX.
Should you decide to discontinue Alloy's service and transfer your prescription to another pharmacy, please reach out to our partner pharmacy, Curexa to make the request.

It's important to note that by making this change, you will forfeit access to Alloy member benefits, including unlimited doctor messaging.
Weight Products:
It’s important to note that if you opt to stop using our partner pharmacies, you will also be subject to the outside pharmacy’s pricing which could cost you up to 3x more. Additionally, the efficacy of the product you receive from another pharmacy cannot be validated if you choose to transfer.
In the event that you did want to switch your prescription to a different pharmacy, please follow these directions:
- Contact your preferred pharmacy and share our partner’s phone number with them.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Alloy cannot write a new prescription to be sent directly to your local pharmacy. This can only be written to our partner pharmacy. Future refills can then be transferred out if you so choose.
