Any edits to your dose or prescriptions are determined by your prescribing doctor. They will review your request and decide what is medically appropriate to best support your treatment needs.
To start the conversation regarding dose adjustments or treatment changes, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Alloy account and click 'treatment plan' at the top of the page
- On that page you'll see your current plan(s). Locate the plan you want to adjust and click "request a change" (seen below circled in yellow)
- Next, choose whether you want to "Change Dose" or "Change Treatment" and follow the prompts to complete your request.
- Ensure all required information is provided before submitting.
