We can only guarantee our advertised self-pay price when your prescription is filled through the Lilly Direct pharmacy, since this aligns with the manufacturer’s self-pay pricing. Pricing through other pharmacies is determined independently and isn’t within our control to manage or guarantee.
If you choose Walmart Pharmacy:
- Your prescription will be sent to the Lilly Direct pharmacy first, as we do not directly manage the relationship or fulfillment with Walmart.
- You will need to contact Lilly directly each month to request that your prescription be transferred to Walmart, since this process happens outside of our system and support channels.
- This prescription transfer may cause additional delays, and we’re unable to assist with troubleshooting or fulfillment once the prescription is managed outside of Lilly Direct, and so we want you to be aware of these considerations so you can make the choice that works best for you.
