Your prescribing Doctor will carefully review your request and decide if a dosage change is right for you. Until your doctor approves the adjustment, your current Treatment Plan will stay the same.
Note: These steps do not apply to Weight Care products.
My last intake was less than six months ago:
- Navigate to Treatment Plan
- Select "Request Change" next to the product you would like to request a new dose
- Select "Change dose"
- Acknowledge the potential price change
- Fill out "Tell us more" section with the reason you're requesting a dose change -Your doctor will use this info to decide the appropriate new dose
- Select "Continue"
- Select"Confirm request"
Note: "New dose requested" badge will not appear in your Treatment Plan

- Select "Continue"
- Select "Start intake" button at the bottom of the screen
- Fill out entire intake form then select Submit
